The hall has octogonal red marble columns and is decorated with floral elements, coats of arms of noble families, and a latin inscription from 1452. The hall, with length of 26 meters and a width of 10 meters, was used as a reception room for festive occasions. The chapel in the castle was finished in 1446 and consists of a nave and a pronaos which supports a gallery with a balcony. Apart from the Zlaști stream which flows on the north and west, the castle was protected by a moat on the eastern and southern side. Between the two enclosures of the castle you can find a 30-meter-deep well which is subject to a legend.

In the 17th century the bastion was turned into a gate tower with a living room for ladies on the first floor.
